DELIVERY TIME: 

After we have received your order, the goods will be prepared for shipping in our warehouse in Germany within 1-2 business days with DPD. The delivery time to Germany is currently 1-2 business days. International shipping is currently 1-6 business days. The table for delivery times per country can be found in our terms and conditions. 


RETURNS:
If your National Geographic Apparel Garments do not fit properly or meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the item that does not fit. Please follow the instructions for returning below.

1. Send E-Mail & fill in the form: 
Send an email to [email protected] and let us know which items you would like to return. Please complete the returns form enclosed in the delivered parcel and send it to us with the items you wish to return.

2. Pack up the goods:
The goods must be in their original condition, complete, unworn and undamaged. The labels must not have been removed. Please use the original packaging for your return delivery.

3. Send the goods back to us 
Within Germany, please use the return label sent to you by e-mail and attach the enclosed returns label to the outside of the package and return the parcel free of charge at any DHL service point or post office. We will pay the return postage. If the label is missing, please send our customer service an e-mail to [email protected]

4. Money-back service
Once we have received the returned items, we will check them as quickly as possible. If there is nothing to object to, you will receive confirmation of receipt and we will most probably refund the invoice amount paid within a few workdays. We will be in contact with you otherwise.
